  Warranty Program:  
  Baldin Custom Homes provides the following warranty through the
Ontario New Home Warranty Program:
1. The home is free from defects in workmanship and materials for one
(1) year
2. The home is free from defects in workmanship including caulking,
windows and doors so that the building envelop prevents water
penetration and defects in workmanship and materials in the
electrical, plumbing and heating delivery and distribution systems for
two (2) years.
3. The home is free from major structural defects for seven (7) years.
